Anne Reid is a Nutritional Therapist working at The Southdown Clinic Ltd.

Anne originally graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BSc (Joint Hons) in Physical Geography and Geology. She later graduated from the renowned Institute for Optimal Nutrition, receiving a DipION and Foundation Science degree in Nutritional Therapy. She is fully registered with the Nutritional Therapy Council (nutritionaltherapycouncil.org.uk), which ensures that practitioners are trained to recognised standards.

Anne established Strategic Nutrition (strategicnutrition.co.uk), a private nutritional therapy practice in Hertfordshire, to help clients to learn how to invest in their health by adapting their eating habits, nutrient intake and lifestyle.
