You can appreciate that with the very high demand for appointments at The Southdown Clinic customers often have to book some time in advance to get the appointment times they want and getting short notice appointments can be difficult. 

This is why, if you can't make your appointment we ask you to let us know by latest 48 hours before the appointment, otherwise a Late Cancellation Fee of £ 15.00 applies.   If you don't turn up for the appointment at all without letting us know beforehand then the Full Fee for your appointment is charged.

It's only fair, after all one day you might need to see a therapist at short notice, and unless other cutomers have given proper notice of cancellation that won't be possible.  Trust us - it has happened - too often...

So, if you can't make or don't need an appointment please cancel it by calling Reception between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday or 9am-1pm Saturday.
